Lifelong Learning Society Teaching Lifelong Learning Society Teaching Dr Walid Phares, founder of the Florida Society for Middle East Studies, the largest regional group in MES in America "They were inspired to learn more after participating in some of the first courses taught on the Middle East by Dr. Walid Phares. Dr. Phares was teaching courses on the Middle East and comparative politics.
